About Me

Not many people know this about me, but by profession, I am… a clinical psychologist. One day, after coming from work in a closed psychiatry ward, singing at the top of my lungs “My Way” by Frank Sinatra, I realised I had to change profession. That was in 2014.

Broke, jobless and with just one goal of defending my master’s thesis on Emotional Intelligence, I didn’t dream of the future I have now. Pretty much by accident, I got a job at a Contact Centre, and guess what - I was assigned to work on an Office 365 Project for commercial customers, and I could say the rest is history… It’s not though.

Whenever people say, “It only took me three years of really hard work to succeed!” I take it with a BIG grain of salt. I believe that every decision, every interaction and relationship I put my heart into developing, brought me to where I am today. The last ten years were NOT EASY but not only did my own persistence and determination make me enjoy my life and the brand I have today, but a lot of this also comes from a community of friends and professionals who supported me, taught me things, gave me feedback, elevated me publicly, fought for me, or if we prefer to use one word - believed - in me. You know if it’s you and I thank you for this.

A former Office 365 trainer who became an architect, then pre-sales engineer @CoreView, I at last found that I really enjoy leading business and have a good knack for selling, especially selling to the masses - hence my current job @Brandplane, software powered by #Microsoft Azure and #Open AI tech.

What excites me the most then? I find immense joy in blending curiosity with a touch of “magic” to help organisations maximise their tech investments and drive meaningful digital transformation. Whether it’s through innovative strategies or leveraging the latest advancements in technology, I am always eager to explore new ways to bring about positive change.

Whenever I have time, I also contribute to the Microsoft Community by speaking at international events and now through this blog as well as my social media. In every endeavour, my goal is to create a meaningful impact, drive progress, and inspire others to see the endless possibilities that technology offers. I am passionate about making a difference, one story, one innovation, and one transformation at a time.

I’m Polish but based in Germany, in a pretty cool area called “Münsterland”. I used to live in *Malta and Ireland, and one-day I hope to end up in Miami or somewhere similar.

I speak Polish, English, German, basic Italian and i tend to joke I speak PowerShell, but the truth is I’m a bit of everything, and I’m proud to be, as one of my friends recentally called me, a multipotentialite

You can recognise me in crowd by looking for bright pink outfit - funnily enough, a color that I hated for the first 28 years of my life, until I decided I will make it work for me!
